there is a hidden lake inside the puffle rescue cave and there is a note on a door that says this (below)

I just went down to see the yellow puffle in the mine it has gone into the cave so we carnt see it now but There is so much stuff in the mine you carnt move take a look at the picture I snaped while I was there

Puffle Rescue Update
Hello Penguins!

Lots of you have been asking about the new game, and when you'll have the chance to find the missing puffles at the Underground Caves.

Don't worry... the wait is nearly over! Starting this Monday you'll be able to rescue them in the brand new game, Puffle Rescue!
